Back At It With More Fan Packs!

After a small hiatus the Fan Packs blog is back. I haven't gotten anything new in yet I'm back with exciting news. I'll be giving away some free shwag!. That's right you can with some nice free sports team items. Some of the stuff is from the fan packs I've gotten in the mail along with some items from my collection. All you have to do is post a comment or leave your feedback on any one of the blog posts. Winners will be announced on the blog.  Now let's see those comments.

Fan Pack Mail Room Update

Things have been very busy for me and sorry for not any new posts. However now Fan Packs will be back and at em.

Today we have a new fan pack that came in the mail. It comes from the Chicago. I'm very pleased.

It came with (2) Pencils, 5 Logo Stickers, a Index player photo card, Topps baseball cards, and schedules.

It's Been Awhile... But I'm Back

Yes it has been quite sometime since I have posted here @ Fan Packs. Well its been very busy and well to be honest it seems are starting to be a little more selective on giving out Fan Packs. I sent out about 10 to 12 requests and only received two responses. They were all to MLB teams. First from the White Sox I got a letter with a nice sized logo sticker, info sheet, order sheet and a pocket schedule. Next I received a Justin Verlander Magnet from the Detroit Tigers which I was pleased to get.

Overall not many things coming in. Let's hope that changes.

San Diego Padres Feeling The Hard Times

The Padres organization is going through what I would call a downward spiral.  There isn't too much going for your if your a Padre fan unless its another below average or at best a decent year. Well for all you Padre fans out there you will know have to fork over $25 bucks for a padres fan pack.

$25 For a Fan Pack, I hope you get more than a few stickers and giveaway items. If anyone has bought one of these please inform me how it turned out. For me that is much too high when you look at other teams sending you stuff for free.

Let's hope the Padres can sell enough Fan Packs to buy some more talent this year.

Raptors Update

I sent an email to the Tomoto Raptors a few days ago and today I got a response back. They informed that they were all out of Fan Packs and please try at a different time. No time frame. So I guess move the Raptors to the back of the list. I'm still waiting to hear from more teams. I will keep you posted.

This is a direct link to where you can fill in your name and address to recieve a free Pacers fan pack. The site says it will take about 2-4 weeks to recieve. I'm waiting on mine as we speak. Anyways happy Obama Day!
